Rangers boss Steven Gerrard spoke a lot about making sure he gets a picture of the Scottish Premiership trophy with whoever most requires it.
The Ibrox gaffer has etched his name into Rangers folklore by securing 55 with every Rangers legend from near and far flocking to get snapped alongside the trophy with the Liverpool legend.

But one special guest was particularly smarting as they smiled from ear-to-ear when positioned alongside Scotland’s leading club prize.
Steven Gerrard’s pet poodle.
Yes, the Rangers gaffer’s pooch even got a picture with the Premiership trophy and even the cute little dog couldn’t resist smiling when asked to pose alongside it.
The snap was shared on the Instagram of Steven Gerrard’s daughter Lily and has since made its way onto Twitter:

That wee dug is every memberof the Rangers support as soon as they get the chance to get snapped alongside the trophy.
Jokes aside, Steven Gerrard has previously said he is going to make it his mission to get a photograph with Walter Smith alongside the trophy as the legendary Gers gaffer recovers from an operation.
“Listen, I’ve gone on record many times about how special he is, not just as a manager but as a man,” said Gerrard [Glasgow Times].
“Unfortunately, he’s been unwell of late and it’s a shame because I would have liked to have had him in the stadium on Saturday and have shared a photograph with him but that time will come.
“It will be a special moment for me because Walter has really gone out of his way for me so the very least I can do is to share that moment with him.

“Sadly, it won’t be this weekend but I’ll make it my business to make sure that I have a picture with Walter Smith, myself and that cup.”
These comments didn’t go unnoticed by the adoring Rangers support, who saluted Steven Gerrard for keeping Walter in his thoughts.
