Rangers fans have heaped praise on Ianis Hagi after it was claimed that he paid for a private jet out of his own pocket following his recent isolation period.
Hagi missed fixtures against St Johnstone, Lyon and Motherwell earlier this month after testing positive for Covid whilst away on international duty with Romania.

He returned to action on Wednesday night in the Premier Sports Cup quarter-final against Livingston, coming off the bench at half-time with the score at 0-0 and changing the game almost instantly with an assist for Kemar Roofe.
Rangers fans were delighted to see him back in action and he received big praise from Gary McAllister after the game.
Now, Bears have even greater cause to love the 22-year-old.
His father, the great Gheorghe Hagi, has claimed that Ianis went the extra mile to ensure he was back and available to face the Lions, by paying for a private jet out of his own pocket.

Romanian journalist Emanuel Rosu tweeted the claim on Friday afternoon and provided follow-up quotes from the former Real Madrid, Barcelona and Galatasaray star.
“It proves how much he wants to be part of what’s happening at Rangers and it shows his commitment to a great club,” Gheorghe is quoted as saying. “I’m proud of him.”
Unsurprisingly, the claim went down extremely well with fans, who showered the Gers no.7 with praise.
