Two Rangers players are joint second in the top ten fastest Premiership players on FIFA 22.

Ryan Kent and Brandon Barker have been given equal pace ratings of 91, with Josh Ginnelly of Hearts joining them in a three-way tie for second.

Fashion Sakala has also made it onto the list, with his pace rating of 88 good enough for seventh.

There’s a former Rangers player in the top ten too, with Michael O’Halloran, now of St Johnstone, coming in fifth with 89.

Top spot goes to Hibernian’s Australia international winger Martin Boyle, who has received a rating of 92.

The other players to make the top ten are Justin Amaluzor of Motherwell, Matty Kennedy of Aberdeen and Celtic duo Mikey Johnston and Boli Bolingoli.

Some of the names on the list show that pace isn’t everything, with a number of those included not currently regular starters for their respective clubs.

For example, Barker, whose overall rating is 67, hasn’t featured for Rangers yet this season in any competition.

Kent has the highest overall rating of any player in the top ten with 76, but Boyle (70) has made the best start to the season, scoring an impressive nine goals from 12 appearances in all competitions.

Here’s how the current Rangers squad compares to Celtic’s on FIFA 22 in terms of overall ratings.
