There are few Rangers players who aren’t getting it in the neck from supporters after yet another abysmal Ibrox performance against Hibs.
Rangers were beaten 2-0 by Hibs at Ibrox with the club currently on a run of five home games without a victory, a record-breaking run in 153 years of Rangers history.
Rangers put in an abysmal performance v Hibs, the Edinburgh club coming to Ibrox to frustrate and putting in a tactically disciplined and physical display to which the Gers had no answers.
But there’s one player who appears to be getting in the neck more than most with Rangers fans calling for change come the full-time whistle.

Rangers fans ask ‘serious questions’ about Jack Butland
Jack Butland is having a difficult second season at Rangers and that continued into the clash against Hibs at Ibrox Stadium.
Butland had Gareth Southgate watching him at Ibrox last season but as the goalkeeper tamely let Levitt’s first half effort trickle through his body, that seemed like a lifetime ago.
And on the goalkeeper’s 100th competitive appearance for Rangers no less.
Neil McCann defended Butland heading into the clash with Hibs but once again the goalie was at fault and gave Rangers a mountain to climb by gifting the Hibees an early lead at Ibrox.
Come full-time, the Rangers support have been lambasting the club’s number one and heaping the pressure on Barry Ferguson to change things:
One fan labelled Butland as ‘Cyriel Dessers in goals’ with the Nigerian international also getting it in the neck from supporters.
Another claims that Butland makes an error ‘every week without fail’, the stopper having only just fumbled the ball into Joe Shaughnessy’s path against Dundee at Dens Park.
One Rangers claimed that as ‘it’s the weekend’ it means that ‘it’s time for Jack Butland to chuck the ball into his own net again’.
Why Rangers fans reckon Liam Kelly will be ‘kicking off’ at Ibrox
Whilst Butland is getting it tight from Rangers fans, the club’s supporters are calling for change in the goalkeeper position.
Liam Kelly was called into Rangers action earlier in the season with the Scotland international hopeful replacing Butland during an injury.
Furious fans have been asking the question about reinstatement, with some even wondering ‘what Kelly has to do’ to be given another opportunity at Ibrox.
Despite the RangersTV team suggesting Kelly is a youngster looking for his chance, the stopper is 29-years-old and has plenty of experience in the Scottish Premiership.
One supporter suggested Kelly might be ‘kicking off’ at Rangers after watching Butland making a succession of errors without the ex-Motherwell star’s services being called upon.
Another said that Kelly ‘isn’t any worse’ than the form that Butland has shown over the course of this season in Glasgow.
One supporter pretty much summed up the feelings of Rangers fans too, who’ll be expecting to see more of Liam Kelly before this disastrous domestic season finishes.
