As if many Rangers fans needed another reason to clash with the Scotland national team, the international side’s new kit has been causing a bit of a stir.
The leaked kit was supposed to be unveiled this Sunday at events in Glasgow and Edinburgh, but an image of the alleged top was leaked online.
The blue hooped kit could well be worn in the upcoming Euro 2020 qualifiers with Cyprus and Kazakhstan, and Rangers fans have had plenty to say on it.

The biggest umbrage Rangers fans appear to be taking with the top is the fact that the hoops dominate the design.
It’s not the first time Scotland have had a hooped top but coupled with the Celtic dominated squad and the ill-feeling between some Rangers fans and the national team, it’s easy for fans to pick at.
Rangers were also the first side of the Old Firm duo to wear Hoops, with the Ibrox club wearing blue and white hoops between 1879 and 1883, before Celtic even existed.
It was never going to hit home with some of the Rangers fans, no matter the design, but was this short-sighted from the kit designers given the tense atmosphere amongst the Scotland support?

It’s not the only gripe some Rangers fans have had with the national team this week.
