Rangers have seen as many as four backroom departures over the past few days as Andrew Cavenagh is planning an overhaul at Ibrox.

Sal Bibbo and Scott Fry left, following the arrival of Derek McInnes, who wants to bring in his own coaches to the club.

First-team Analyst Caio Pontes also left Rangers to join St Louis SC, and was followed out the door by James Taylor, the club’s Chief Financial Officer.

The Head of Women’s & Girls’ Physiotherapy would be responsible for leading the overall physiotherapy strategy and clinical standards across the entire pathway, from the first team to the girls’ academy, ensuring consistent, evidence-based practice and high-quality care at every level.

This role will serve as the clinical lead for the women’s senior side, managing all aspects of injury assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, return-to-play, and prevention strategies, among other things, while coordinating external specialist services.

Additionally, the position involves line-managing the physiotherapy team, overseeing Academy support, leading injury surveillance and data reporting, in order to safeguard standards across the programme.

How do the Senior Soccer Academies Executive and International Soccer Academies Manager roles differ from each other?

The International Soccer Academies Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery and ongoing development of Rangers Soccer Academies programmes in international markets, overseeing camps, tours, and other initiatives while working closely with the Head of Soccer Academies to achieve participation, partnership, and income targets.

The role focuses on building and strengthening relationships with international clubs, academies, and partner organisations, which would, in turn, help in promoting the Rangers brand globally.

On the other hand, the Senior Soccer Academies Executive will support the overall growth and delivery of Rangers Soccer Academies across Scotland, working closely with the Soccer Academies Manager to increase participation, build sustainable partnerships, and generate revenue.

The role will lead to the development and delivery of different pathways, including school, college, and university programmes, while driving the continued expansion of the Rangers Online Academy through engaging content, new partnerships, and strong participant retention.
