Rangers congratulate Steven Gerrard after UEFA Pro License Award

Rangers have sent a congratulatory message to club manager Steven Gerrard after he was awarded his UEFA Pro License.
The Liverpool legend, 39, was one of 27 coaches awarded the UEFA Pro License at St. George’s Park this week. The FA Level 5, as it is also known, is the FA’s highest football coaching qualification.
The award is the culmination of 18 months of hard work and the club have been quick to praise the Gaffer for attaining it.

The course is designed to prepare students for the role of management in modern football.
The Qualification encompasses a wide range of different aspects of a football manager’s role in football today, including media relations, working with technical directors and other progressive concepts in football.
By passing the course, it is validation that Gerrard has studied the aspects necessary to make it as an elite coach in the professional game. It is a superb achievement for any young manager.
In a statement on the Rangers website, the club said: “Everyone at Rangers would like to extend our congratulations to Steven on his achievement.”
