Jordan Jones will become a Rangers player this summer.
He signed a pre-contract agreement back in January, ensuring that at the end of his current Kilmarnock deal, he will make the switch to Ibrox.

Initially, it looked like, despite the impending move, it would be business as usual at Killie.
After the winter break, he started and scored the winner against the Gers at Rugby Park.
However, something has changed recently.
Jones has gone from star man, to not even featuring.

Before the international break, the £675k-rated winger was left out of the matchday squad to take on Rangers at Ibrox.
Perhaps, as a one-off, it was an understandable move from Steve Clarke, given the link there.
Yet, despite two weeks passing since, he suffered the same fate on Saturday afternoon. There was no place for him in the 18 as Kilmarnock took on Hamilton at Rugby Park.
There’s no way this could be explained away by a lack of form, either.
Jones impressed many fans with his displays for Northern Ireland last week, even earning the Sky Sports Man of the Match award against Belarus.

It seems something else is afoot.
Jones’ absence didn’t seem to hinder his side, as they ran out 5-0 winners.
Therefore, this spell out in the cold could be set to continue for a while longer yet.
