Rangers are set to seal the signing of Charlton midfielder on a four-year deal, according to reports.
Multiple reports claim that Rangers are set to sign the midfielder, but Sky Sports claim that Rangers are set to pip Premier League sides for Aribo.
This follows on from comments made by Charlton manager Lee Bowyer about enquiries he had received for the player over the summer [TalkSport, as quoted by the Daily Record].

This is further evidence that the signing represents a real coup for the Ibrox club.
Charlton have been vocally opposed to Aribo moving to Ibrox.
Particularly because they wanted Aribo to stay with them as they enter the Championship, but also because they’ll receive a lower development fee.
Charlton’s Head of Recruitment Steve Gallen even claimed England would be better for Aribo’s development [Scottish Sun].
But it looks like Rangers have got someone touted as a future Premier League talent for the reported fee of £300k.
The 22-year-old will now undergo a medical before joining the Rangers squad at their training camp in Portugal this week.

Aribo will become Rangers’ seventh signing of a busy summer.
The midfielder will join Jordan Jones, Jake Hastie, Steven Davis, Greg Stewart, Sheyi Ojo and George Edmundson as the new faces at Ibrox.
