Rangers are set to be handed a crunch blow ahead of their Europa League tie with Porto after their star striker Moussa Marega was declared fit for the match.
Porto boss Sergio Conceicao revealed that the Mali international is fit and available for the tie with the Ibrox giants in the Estadio Dragao as both sides look to earn an advantage in Group G.
The group is finely poised with all four sides on three points and Marega could well feature for the first time since playing against Feyenoord in Porto’s 2-1 defeat in Holland on October 3rd.

“Moussa is back in full training with no limitations and will be in the squad against Rangers this week,” said Conceicao [Daily Record].
It’s an intimidating prospect for the Ibrox club with the powerful forward boasting an impressive scoring record for the Dragões, netting 37 times in 61 league starts.
Marega has 43 goals in total for the Portuguese side who of course famously won this competition against Celtic in 2003 when it was called the UEFA Cup.
Moussa Marega was also linked with a £36m move to the likes of Manchester United in the English Premier League back in January 2018 [ESPN].

Things didn’t quite work out that way for Marega and it appears he’ll be back for Porto come the visit of Rangers.
Is this the central defensive partnership to stop him?
