Hong Kong manager, Mixu Paatelainen, who briefly worked with a young Glen Kamara during his time in charge of Finland, says the Rangers star’s valuation could skyrocket by the end of next summer, as quoted by the Scottish Sun.
The 24-year-old received rave reviews from supporters for his performance on Sunday night as he shone in a 1-0 win over the Republic of Ireland in Dublin.

It was the latest in a string of impressive displays at international level and Paatelainen believes he has attributes that will make him attractive to top clubs.
“He is a tremendous passer of a ball and his technique his superb,” he said of Kamara, as quoted by the Scottish Sun. “He is always looking to get on the ball and play as a low playmaker if you like.”
“It is difficult to put figures on anybody’s forehead. But players like that are highly valued so I wouldn’t be surprised if anything happened for him if he does well at the Euros.
“He is a very accomplished player. While he was just a young kid at the time when I was in charge at Finland and we didn’t get the chance to work too much at the time but I do remember he was up and coming and I am not surprised that he has reached this level.”

Paatelainen says Rangers star Glen Kamara could soon be in-demand – Verdict
Rangers brought Kamara to Ibrox from Dundee in January 2019 for the paltry fee of £50,000, in what has proved an inspired signing.
His form has gone through peaks and troughs throughout his time at the club but £50k for an international midfielder who has since impressed on big European nights is a near-unprecedented bargain.
It’s little surprise to hear Paatelainen claim that Rangers could receive a big fee for the player down the line.
His consistency for Finland has been impressive and although the ex-Arsenal academy player has dropped out of the Gers’ Premiership starting XI in recent weeks, it’s his performances against higher quality opponents in the Europa League that will have likely caught the eye of bigger clubs.
Multiple Premier League sides were reportedly monitoring Kamara’s progress last season [Glasgow Times] and it’s a fair assumption that strong performances in the high-profile European Championships which are scheduled for next summer, could prompt big clubs into submitting substantial offers.
Given that Kamara is contracted until 2023, Rangers will be in the driver’s seat in any future negotiations.
