Former Rangers star and one-time Ibrox linked Charlie Adam is training with English Championship side Blackburn Rovers.
The midfielder had previously said he was “open” to the prospect of returning to Rangers, with some outlets even claiming the club were considering the player.
Any move never came to fruition and it now appears that Adam is trying to win a deal at Ewood Park.

The 33-year-old Scottish midfielder is available on a free after Stoke took the decision not to renew the player’s contract.
Adam had spent seven years with the Potters, playing an impressive 179 times for the club.
Prior to turning out at the Britannia, Adam plied his trade with Liverpool, alongside now Rangers boss Steven Gerrard.
The player earned his move to Anfield after an incredible few seasons with Blackpool, the club he joined after leaving Rangers.
A popular figure at Ibrox, Adam came through the Rangers Academy and spent six years at the club.
The midfielder also earned a total of 26 caps for Scotland in what has been an impressive career for the former St. Mirren loanee.

And it could be set to continue with Adam trying to win a deal for another crack at the English Championship with Blackburn Rovers.
Rangers can also do better than the ageing midfielder.
