Rangers midfielder Glen Kamara is reportedly attracting interest from the English Premier League, with Brighton and Crystal Palace said to be monitoring the midfielder [Daily Mail].
A player who Neil McCann once described as being in the mould of French international legend Patrick Viera, the former Gers winger also believes that Kamara will net Rangers a fortune [Daily Record].
Fans might be joking that they want £50m for the player, but what’s interesting is that this reported interest comes at a time where Kamara isn’t playing his best form.

Not that the midfielder has been calamitous or poor, but he just hasn’t been able to consistently exert the same kind of influence on matches that had Gers fans belting out his name last season.
Famously signed for £50k, Rangers got an international player with a supreme Academy upbringing at Arsenal in what’s up there with the best steals this century.
And it’s Kamara’s international form which may well have seen the 23-year-old catch the eye of the megabucks Premier League.
Kamara’s Finland side are within one win of Euro 2020 and a first ever international tournament. Playing in a slightly more advanced role, Kamara has been central to it.
His more removed role at Ibrox points to the player’s versatility, and there have been times this season where Kamara has looked every inch the bargain he is in blue.

But in lining up alongside the likes of Teemu Pukki and leading his nation to the brink of history Kamara has shown that he can cut it at the highest level.
You have to think Rangers will be looking at £10m+ if anyone is seriously interested in signing the player.
