Hibs defender Ryan Porteous is undoubtedly not the flavour of the month amongst rival Rangers fans.
And now it may well be a while before the Ibrox club plays the 19-year-old centre half again.
After serving his suspension for THAT tackle on Borna Barisic, Porteous is looking at an extended spell on the sidelines after being taken off in Hibs 2-2 Scottish Cup draw with Dundee United.

Hibs boss Jack Ross claims that injuries to both Porteous and right-back Jason Naismith are “not looking too positive”.
“Both will be assessed but at the moment it’s concerning because both Jason and Ryan have had previous knee injuries in recent times,” said Ross [BBC Scotland].
“We will know more on Monday but it’s certainly worrying for us at the moment.”
Whilst absolutely no one wishes an injury on a young player, you have to hope that this is something that Ryan Porteous learns from.
The vicious defender’s matches against the Ibrox club have been defined by disgraceful challenging and potentially career-ending lunges.
Last season the defender somehow escaped red for a horrific challenge on loanee Lassana Coulibaly but this year he wasn’t so lucky as he was sent packing for trying to finish Borna Barisic’s season.

Rangers fans stood up for Barisic on Twitter in the aftermath of the disgraceful Porteous challenge on the left-back and many will believe this is a small slice of karma for his actions.
Injuries to any player are never nice but Porteous’ age means he’ll have plenty of time to bounce back.
Rangers fans won’t be shedding many tears about the player’s situation. Can you blame them?
