One of the latest visitors to Ibrox has praised a “kind gesture” by one of the Rangers family as he watched the Gers demolish FC Midtjylland 3-1 in the Europa League.
Describing the atmosphere as “electrifying” Twitter user @mraadebakare also praised a supporter who bought him a drink because he had no cash on him.
It clearly meant a lot to the motions graphic designer, who was in Scotland visiting. Now he’s one of the Rangers Family for life.

Ade’s tweets read:
“My first time in #Scotland and I got to see @RangersFC play live! All I can say is WOW! Such an electrifying atmosphere… Great fans! Hospitality didn’t accept card payment, only cash and I didn’t have cash on me but this Rangers fan paid for my drink.
“It’s kind gestures like this that turn visitors into life long fans. Great game and great victory. I wish @RangersFC all the best in the  @EuropaLeague #RangersFC #EuropaLeague.”

At the same time as the club has launched the
Everyone, Anyone campaign [Rangers.co.uk], it’s great to see someone come into Ibrox for the first time and feel immediately welcomed.
It’s great for the club and great for the fans.
Such was the impact that Ade’s trip to Ibrox had on him, he even purchased a range of Rangers kits and scarves to take home with him.

I guess Ade is now officially a bluenose now.
