Rangers manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst has given fans an update regarding the contracts of Alfredo Morelos and Ryan Kent as fan fears continue surrounding their form.
The Rangers support are frustrated with the contribution of both players since they entered the final year of their contracts with the two key stars able to discuss terms elsewhere in a matter of months.

The situation is threatening a sour end to both players’ Ibrox careers as they fail to muster any influential form this season amid fan complaints regarding the Gers’ performances.
Ryan Kent in particular has been handed opportunities time and again and flattered to deceive whilst Alfredo Morelos has struggled to break back into the side amid injury and attitude issues.
Rangers sporting director Ross Wilson has a lot to answer for by letting two key players run down their contracts, with the Gers genuinely on the verge of losing two key assets for nothing.
The fact that they could potentially move elsewhere next year, combined with their poor form, has Rangers fans asking if both players are focused and committed with all this going on in the background.
Kent & Morelos Rangers contracts still no closer to being signed
Speaking ahead of the clash with Motherwell and after the 7-1 bruising to Liverpool, van Bronckhorst gave an update on the two players’ contracts and – rather unconvincingly – claimed it is not impacting their performances.
“Of course you want your players to sign contracts sooner than later but you need two sides to agree,” said van Bronckhorst [Rangers].
“We had the same situation with Connor Goldson where he did not sign a contract during the season but then did so in the summer.
“We have to wait and see what will happen in the coming months or even in the summer.
“Ryan is in and out of the game. He is improving his performances but I don’t think that is due to his contract talks.
“Alfredo is different because he came from a long-term injury. I don’t think the talks are affecting them. They are both players who want to improve.”
Meanwhile, it appears the Ibrox directorate have made their minds up amid much talk surrounding Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s future.
