Former Rangers boss Mark Warburton is set to be revealed as the new Queens Park Rangers (QPR) boss for next season.
Sky Sports are reporting that Warburton will take over at Loftus Road as he looks to reverse the fortunes of the 19th placed Championship side.
It will be Warb’s second job since his spell in charge of Rangers and his first since late 2017. The former Brentford boss had previously been working at Nottingham Forest before being sacked after only nine months in charge.

The English gaffer was at Ibrox for just under two years between 2015 and 2017, leaving in controversial circumstances.
The Gers board claimed Mark Warburton had tendered a resignation at Ibrox with a view to moving to Forest. As a result, they released a statement claiming they had accepted it.
This is something Warburton continues to refute. Nonetheless, he ended up moving to the City Ground but couldn’t turn Forest’s fortunes around.

Warburton looking tostart again at QPR

Now he will be looking to resurrect his career with QPR, who’ve spent six years in the Championship since being relegated in 2013.
As frustrating as Warburton’s second season was at Ibrox, he did a good job in the Scottish Championship.

Alongside club legend Davie Weir, he steadied the Ibrox ship and dragged us back into the Scottish Premiership.
But he never quite made a good enough tilt at 55 and both he and his magic hat left Ibrox in February 2017.
Later comments about unrealistic ambitions at the club showed he never quite understood how big a job he had at Ibrox [originally Open Goal].
