Rangers will be bidding farewell to one of their key figures at the end of the month, sources have told Rangers News.
The American owners have made a number of changes at the club since taking over in May 2025 and are continuing to restructure the setup behind the scenes.
The plan is to ensure that Rangers can reclaim the Scottish Premiership title and go on to be a force in Scotland once again.

We believe Derek McInnes is the right man for the job…
Gary Gibson set to part ways with Rangers this month
Rangers News understands that Gary Gibson will be vacating his role as Head of Soccer Academies and International Relations at the end of June.

What have YOU made of Andrew Cavenagh’s time as Chairman? 🤔
He is delivering on his promises…
After spending four years as the Youth Academy Coach at Aberdeen, he joined Rangers in 2006, initially as a Community Coach.
He then held positions of Community Project Manager, Soccer Schools Manager and Youth Academy Coach as well.
Rangers News understands that the process to replace Gibson is underway, and he will continue to work full-time until the end of the month.
What will Andrew Cavenagh be doing over the coming weeks?
Andrew Cavenagh is probably facing the trickiest few weeks since taking over as the Chairman of the club.
The American will need to deal with the future of Danny Rohl amid links to RB Salzburg.
How long will Danny Rohl be at Rangers?
Andrew Cavenagh has confirmed he will not be sacked ahead of the new season…
Talks are ongoing with the Austrian club, and there is a good chance that Cavenagh will have to spearhead the search for a new manager imminently.
It remains to be seen if he will try to convince Rohl to stay on for another season, as plans are already underway to bring the German’s transfer targets to Ibrox.
Cavenagh also needs to hire a new Head of Soccer Academies to replace Gibson, and it remains to be seen if he goes for an external appointment or promotes someone from within.
