Prospective new Rangers signing Joe Aribo is due to join up with his new teammates at the club’s Portuguese training camp, according to Evening Times journalist Chris Jack.
The prominent journalist was being quoted by club insider Four Lads Had a Dream, who also said the club announcement of the player could be today or tomorrow.
The Twitter also appears to confirm that the deal for Joe Aribo is done.

Steven Gerrard was speaking openly about Rangers’ pursuit of Aribo [Daily Record], claiming that should he sign it would be a considerable coup for Rangers.
The player was reportedly being tailed by Premier League clubs, European clubs and even rivals Celtic. There was said to be 17 clubs interested in signing him [Scottish Sun].
It’s an even better signing when you consider Rangers only need to pay a reported £300k for his signature, with cross border compensation rules favouring the Ibrox side.
Needless to say, a scorned Charlton have not taken the move well, with club manager Lee Bowyer coming out and scolding Aribo’s decision to join the Ibrox club [Daily Record].
Whatever the case, it looks like this exciting transfer is finally edging closer to completion.

We all know the deal isn’t done until Aribo is snapped in a Rangers shirt and announced by the club.
But by the sounds of things, it could be any time now as he prepares to join the club at their training camp.
