Scott Brown has claimed that he didn’t see Scott Arfield do the Celtic captain’s trademark celebration right in front of him – despite a photo showing the Celtic captain looking right at the Canadian.
Arfield did the outstretched “Broony” celebration to rub it into the Celtic midfielder, who claims he didn’t know it happened at the time.
He must’ve been looking through Scott Arfield then. It certainly looks like he’s looking at him below.

“That’s part and parcel of football,” said Scott Brown, as quoted in the Scottish Sun.
“You win games and people celebrate. It’s an emotional day and people will always want to win.
“I didn’t even know it happened at the time. It didn’t annoy me. Nothing annoys me any more because I’ve seen it all. I’m always going to get it more than most people anyway.”
It was a terrible trip to Ibrox for the former Scotland midfielder back in December. He looked off the pace and toiled with the energy of the Rangers midfield. Scott Arfield bossed him, and he obviously wanted his namesake to know it.
Brown also had to suffer the ignominy of Ryan Jack slotting the ball through his legs for the eventual winner.

Arfield doing Brown’s celebration right in front of him must’ve been the cherry on the top of the cake and he doesn’t want to talk about it. Either that his mind was racing so much he looked right through it!
I think we always preferred the Dioufy anyway!
Rangers legend Ally McCoist has been speaking in the run-up to Sunday’s match, making a big claim about Rangers’ win in December.
