New Rangers signing Jake Hastie has sent a battle cry to Gers fans after the curtain came down on Motherwell’s season.
In a message on Twitter, Hastie also thanked Motherwell for the last 12 years. A Motherwell youth Academy graduate, Hastie was clearly gracious for all they’ve done for him since he’s been at the club.
But the 20-year-old is clearly focused on the future as he looks forward to the next four years with the Ibrox club.

It’s been some journey for the Motherwell wideman this season. At the beginning of the campaign, he was farmed out to Championship side Alloa Athletic on loan.
Upon his return to Motherwell at the turn of the year, Hastie has been nothing short of a revelation.
The youngster has hit seven goals from out wide since the turn of the year in the Scottish top-flight.
His move was met with excitement by Rangers fans and there’s real hope he can go on to be a huge success at Ibrox.

The club wouldn’t have signed Hastie without the intention to use him in Gerrard’s squad next season.
And going by his Tweet, he’s just as excited to be joining Rangers as the fans are to have him on board.
