It’s safe to say that Jude Bellingham has made something of an impact since signing for Real Madrid, a double against Barcelona in El Clasico proving that his trajectory is only heading in one direction.
The 20-year old midfielder has become an instant talisman for Los Blancos, almost making a mockery of his reported £115m transfer fee.
After his latest match winning performance, Jude Bellingham has taken to X to respond to Real Madrid teammate Vinicius Jr with three little words that had Rangers fans nodding in approval.

There’s a feeling that the 50,000 who were at Ibrox to watch Rangers see off Borussia Dortmund on their way to the 2021/22 Europa League final, that they saw something special when Jude came to town.
A goal in both legs saw the then teenager impress and his admiration of Ibrox also didn’t go unnoticed.
Jude Bellingham has an almost irresistible star quality that makes him adored by not just Real Madrid and England fans.
He interviews like a seasoned veteran but, then again, few 20-year olds have nearly 200 appearances at such a high level.
The way he plays the game and the way he carries himself makes him a superstar.
When Vini Jr posted a celebratory message on X, Bellingham couldn’t help but respond with a well known Rangers favourite:
“Simply the best.”
Rangers fans obviously jumped on message with some asking if he fancies coming back to Rangers on a more permanent basis at some point in the future.
We can but dream.
That he can be so magnanimous when he has been the hero says it all about him.
Jude Bellingham has already scored 13 goals in 13 games for Real Madrid and is on target to beat Zinedine Zidane’s highest tally before he’s learned how to spell out his own name in Spanish.
Bellingham’s current form can’t possibly be maintained, it’s at a level that only Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo have demonstrated in modern times.
He might not be on their level yet but few would question that he really is the one who is simply the best.
