What are Rangers’ plans over the coming days?

The Light Blues are set to jet off to Spain for a pre-season training camp, where they will be playing a few behind-closed-doors games.

Rangers will take on Kaizer Chiefs next from South Africa, giving Derek McInnes a chance to assess his side against an international team.

Thus far, the two games have been against lower-division Scottish sides, but this will provide a different test.

At the same time, work is ongoing to bring new players through the door, and McInnes is playing an active role in the recruitment.
