Alfredo Morelos has told Rangers his preferred destination is the Premier League – if he is to leave the club this summer.
The Colombian striker hit 30 goals in a landmark season at Ibrox. His combative style of play, instinctive goalscoring ability and the fact he’s only 23-year-old reportedly has many clubs interested in his services.
But in reporting on Eintracht Frankfurt distancing themselves from a move, the Daily Record claim that Morelos has his heart set on the Premier League.

The report claims that if the former Helsinki forward is to leave Scotland then his preference would be to the English Premier League.
It also claims that the player will only leave if he believes it suits both himself and Rangers. By the same token, the Record claims he’s looking for Champions League football if he isn’t to move to England.
It’s not the first time that Morelos has said that he wants to play in the Premier League. The striker described playing down south as his “dream” earlier in the season [Daily Record].
And whilst Rangers might be powerless to stand in the way of him achieving it, it’s refreshing to know Morelos wants the club to get value for money.
