Fresh reports have emerged linking Alfredo Morelos with Ligue 1 outfit Marseille.
Spanish news outlet Marca followed on from earlier reports about Real Betis being readying a massive bid for the player [originally eldesmarque.com].
The French giants were reportedly also said to be preparing a meagre £6m bid for the striker last month.
The report claims that both Betis and Marseille are interested in taking the Colombian, creating somewhat of a tug of war over his signature.
The entire thing puts Rangers in a very strong position. Should either side make their interest concrete with a bid, Rangers can drive the price up as the two clubs compete.

Stewart Robertson said the club value Alfredo Morelos about the same as Celtic did Moussa Dembele. The big Frenchman left Parkhead for close to £20m in the summer.
The club will be holding out for as close to this amount as possible as the Colombian weighs up his options.
