Videos have emerged on Twitter of Alfredo Morelos allegedly being harassed by Celtic fans poolside in Tenerife today.
The Rangers striker was enjoying some downtime in the sun after a week’s intensive training at Rangers warm weather camp on the Spanish island.
But it seems he has been disrupted by drunken supporters in pathetic scenes in Spain.
When ya lend ya towel to a Tim cos am on my last warning to get kicked out & that wee rat Morelos telling security to get us out haha 🍺☀️🍀 pic.twitter.com/XF2dn5Fb3q

If the shameless behaviour of the fan in this video wasn’t enough, the tweets coming from the account that uploaded it are just as bad.
It seems Morelos cannot even relax during his break from work without being confronted like this. Any decent minded Celtic fan cannot find this funny. It’s bordering on harrasment.
The Colombian has been the subject of much vilification by Celtic fans after December’s Old Firm. If he wasn’t already before then.
Alfredo Morelos is only 22. He isn’t doing anything to upset anyone, other than score for Rangers. Scenes like this also show just how much of a hate-figure he has become amongst certain sections of the Celtic support. This is not ordinary behaviour.
It’s also not the first time Morelos has been confronted by a drunken supporter. Rangers’ top scorer was targeted at the beginning of December in Glasgow City Centre.
Whilst the Old Firm can often be a cauldron, there’s a respect amongst fans and players alike were incidents like this are collectively frowned upon.
No player should have to deal with this during their time off. Whether they’re in blue or green.
