Former Rangers manager, Alex McLeish, has named his best signing from his highly successful stint at the helm at Ibrox, as quoted by Rangers.co.uk.
The 61-year-old was in charge of the Gers between 2001 and 2006, securing two league titles, two Scottish Cups and three League Cups during that period.

Big Eck had a squad full of talented internationals but during a Q+A for RYDC, he said that he always rates one signing higher than the others.
“We had a few good signings,” he said, as quoted by Rangers.co.uk. “Bringing Barry Ferguson back to Rangers, for example, but the best value was Dado Prso. He was incredible. He stood out like a beacon.”
“He expressed his love for playing at Ibrox with Monaco before he joined. He was incredible. What an impact he made. It was just what we needed after a really tough season after we had won the treble.
“The glory he helped bring to the club was exceptional. Dado was awesome, just awesome and I’ve kept in touch with him over the years. He is just a wonderful human being.”
McLeish then went on to further praise Prso’s character, before labelling him “without question” his best Gers signing.

Prso was coming towards the end of his club career when he joined Rangers, but he still managed to contribute a lot during his three-year stint.
2004/05 was his best season by far, though, as he netted 25 goals in 52 appearances for club and country, playing a major role as the Gers won the League and the League Cup.
The 6ft 3″ forward retired from international football in 2006 to focus on club duties but after netting just four times in 36 appearances and struggling with injuries across the 2006/07 campaign, his professional career came to an end.
