Danny Rohl is expected to drop Thelo Aasgaard from the Rangers starting eleven when they take on Motherwell this weekend.
The Norway international started in the 6-3 win over Falkirk, with Rohl deploying him in the number 10 position.
Aasgaard played 77 minutes before being withdrawn for Connor Barron.
A four-man shortlist has been drawn up to replace James Tavernier…
We believe Hampus Skoglund is the ideal candidate. Let us know what you think!
Andreas Skov Olsen expected to start in place of Thelo Aasgaard
In his injury update, Rohl ruled out Ryan Naderi and Tuur Rommens, which meant that Andreas Skov Olsen has recovered.
The Dane was unavailable for the game against Falkirk and did not even make the matchday squad in that one.
Mikey Moore was also a doubt along with Skov Olsen, but the former played one half and was replaced by Bojan Miovski.
Rohl likes playing a 4-2-2-2 system, and Miovski’s brace off the bench means that he may be given the nod to start as well.
Skov Olsen is a much better option to play at number 10 than Aasgaard and Djeidi Gassama, and was someone the Gers manager wanted to sign in January.
James Tavernier is set to leave Rangers…
Will Rangers regret not retaining his services? Tell us why!
How Danny Rohl is expected to instruct his Rangers players to play against Motherwell
Motherwell have played exceptional football all season, and they have kept possession very well in games.
Their players seem to know what is expected out of them, and they usually lose games due to individual errors rather than flaws in the system.
Rohl will be aware of their strengths and weaknesses and is expected to instruct his players to play an aggressive and high-energy brand of football.

With the fans on their side, we can expect a fast start and the likes of Youssef Chermiti, Moore and Skov Olsen closing down the opposition defenders.
The Gers boss may instruct his defenders to play a slightly higher line and look to compress the opposition inside their own half.
Rangers have the better players and home advantage as well, so they will back themselves to win by a couple of goals on Sunday.
Every game is a must-win for them, so it is important that they treat this one as a cup final.
