Danny Rohl will be without three Rangers players for the Scottish Premiership clash against Motherwell at Ibrox.

After enjoying warm-weather training in Spain, Rohl and his Gers players will return to competitive action in the post-split games.

Rangers have the SPFL title in their hands as they just need to win all their remaining games to end the season in first place.

Tuur Rommens and Ryan Naderi set to miss Motherwell clash

Rohl confirmed that Tuur Rommens and Ryan Naderi will both not be available for the game against Motherwell this weekend.

There were fears that Naderi would be out for the rest of the season, but he could be back in action sooner than that.

The exact return date for the German striker is unclear, but he is said to be feeling better than he did 10 days ago.

Rommens is undoubtedly closer in his pathway to returning to first-team football, but this Sunday’s match comes too soon for him.

Bailey Rice, who has been linked with an exit, is also not expected back before the end of the season and will be ruled out.

Who is likely to start for Rangers vs Motherwell?

With Rommens out, Jayden Meghoma becomes the obvious choice at left-back and he is expected to start.

Bojan Miovski has done well off the bench, but Rohl has liked to play two strikers up top, so he could look to start him alongside Youssef Chermiti.

Mikey Moore and Andreas Skov Olsen are expected to be fully fit and they should also start on the left and right flanks.

Apart from that, a decision will need to be made on who starts at right-back as both James Tavernier and Dujon Sterling have been in and out of the team.

Tavernier will undoubtedly be honoured before the game as he announced that he will be leaving at the end of the season.

Hopefully for the Light Blues, Rohl can mastermind a victory, as it is important to win every game and treat it like a cup final with tougher challenges to come in the next few weeks.
