Rangers fans always tend to make their mark wherever they go and cheeky Gers supporters are already leaving an impression with the Dortmund Ultras.
Only around 500 Gers fans will be in the Westfalenstadion with only 10,000 supporters in total set to be in attendance at the famous 81,365 capacity ground. [Rangers].
But whilst there will only be a pocket of Gers inside the stadium for the Europa League clash, some supporters already left their mark by sticker-bombing the BVB Dortmund Ultras section before the game.
Known to be one of the most intimidating and loudest atmospheres in Europe, any of Dortmund’s most fervent supporters in attendance are sure to catch a glimpse of the Rangers stickers at the game.

Home to the 24,454 capacity Südtribüne (South Bank), this is the single largest terrace for standing spectators in Europe and has been nicknamed Die Gelbe Wand, or “The Yellow Wall”.
But whilst there might be some respect between the two clubs Rangers fans didn’t the miss opportunity to sticker bomb the Ultras area ahead of the clash in Germany.
Germany’s largest stadium, the world-renowned Westfalenstadion has a standing/seated capacity of 81,365 and a seated capacity of 65,829 and is now known as Signal Iduna Park for sponsorship reasons.
But whilst these Rangers fans would’ve relished the opportunity to visit the stadium before the match, they wasted no time in letting the Dortmund Ultras know that they’re there.
Interestingly, Rangers will take part in the 1000th Dortmund game in the ground when the club travels to Germany this week in what promises to be the biggest European match the club has had for over a decade.
Rangers manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst has also been speaking to the press ahead of the tie and provided a major injury boost surrounding one key player.
