There was an unexpected injury development on Thursday afternoon, as Graham Dorrans was spotted in the Rangers training gallery.
The experienced midfielder has been out since September with a serious knee injury.

It had looked as though he was close to making a return earlier in the campaign. However, he suffered a rehab ‘setback’ in mid-February and it has been all quiet ever since.
His manager, Steven Gerrard, gave an injury update, as captured by RangersTV on Thursday.
However, only Jamie Murphy and Joe Worrall were discussed.
Therefore, it was a surprise to see Dorrans feature in the gallery.
There are fewer pictures than usual, so it’s difficult to tell to what extent the 12-cap Scotland international took part in the session.
However, he can be seen doing some dynamic stretching alongside the likes of Lassana Coulibaly, Gareth McAuley, and Glenn Middleton.

Clearly, the former West Brom man has spent a long time out and full fitness may still be a while away.
It would be great to see him get back before the end of the league campaign. Yet, if that isn’t possible, at least he will be fit heading into pre-season training, should he see out the final year of his contract.
