Rangers loanee Greg Docherty, looks set to return to action for Shrewsbury today, after missing last weekend’s draw with Burton Albion.
The 22-year-old has been named by the Shropshire Star, as the Shrews’ key man, as they travel to Peterborough United in League One.

Docherty picked up his injury a fortnight ago.
Shortly after coming on as a substitute away at Bristol Rovers, he was struck in the face with the ball.
The midfielder attempted to play on, but eventually had to leave the field, after suffering from blurred vision.
Fortunately, though, it didn’t turn out to be serious.

He returned to training earlier this week, and should be involved this afternoon.
Sent away to get minutes under his belt, he has done that and then some.
36 appearances in all competitions is an impressive haul, while his eight goals have salvaged points and contributed to impressive cup runs.

Collectively, though, the team is struggling.
They are currently 21st in League One and staring down the barrel of relegation.
Docherty’s contributions will be vital if they are to avoid such a fate, at the end of the campaign.
Therefore, his return against Peterborough, whether from the start or off the bench, will be most welcome.
