Joe Dodoo is currently on his second loan spell away from Rangers.
The former England youth international arrived at Ibrox in 2016 on a four-year deal, but failed to establish a place in the side.
He made 20 league appearances in total, but all but five of those came from the bench.

An even less successful stint away at Charlton was to follow last campaign, before he joined the Tangerines on a season-long loan, in June.
Encouragingly, he quickly established himself as a regular there.

Furthermore, in November, he hit a real purple patch. As he netted four in four for the League One outfit, it briefly looked as though Steven Gerrard had made the wrong call in letting him leave.

However, since then, it’s all been downhill.
There has only been one goal in the interim, against Solihull Moors in the FA Cup.

Several injuries were to follow and despite returning to action on 9th February, he had to wait until Tuesday evening to make his first start of 2019.
He was booked and lasted just 50 minutes before being hauled off in his team’s 2-1 victory away at Accrington Stanley.
It wasn’t exactly a dream return to the starting lineup.

Earlier in the season, there may have been of hope that Dodoo could salvage his Ibrox career.
Yet, despite his Gers deal running until 2020, it’s now hard to see him ever featuring under Gerrard.
With Morelos, Defoe, Lafferty, Dallas, Hardie and Rudden all on the books, the ex-Leicester player’s future, looks elsewhere.
