Last week, Steven Gerrard revealed work would be taking place at Ibrox over the summer months. It’s part of his overall plan to modernise the club’s facilities to provide an elite environment for the players.
Now, the club has confirmed separate renovations will take place on both the Broomloan Road and Copland Road stands.
The Rangers Youth Development Company has donated £20k of profits from the Rangers Pools, to panel replacements on the sides of the two stands.

The club provided further details concerning the planned refurb via their website.
RYDC Director of Communication, Colin Stewart, as quoted by the website, described it as ‘essential’ maintenance.
“I thank all the fans who have signed up for Rangers Pools so far, your participation has allowed us to give the club this generous sum and we have further Pools profits set aside for other work which we will confirm shortly,” he added.

It’s great to see the tangible benefits of the highly popular Pools.

There’s plenty going on at Ibrox at the minute with the club lighting up the venue for last month’s home fixture against Hearts, as well as the introduction of pioneering OrCam technology for stadium tours, which went down a storm with the fans.
