On Sunday afternoon, Sky Sports News reported that Greg Stewart had agreed a move to Rangers.
It’s suggested that the 29-year-old attacker has signed a three-year deal at Ibrox.

However, the slew of comments that followed from unimpressed Aberdeen fans, should be a concern.
Stewart spent the second half of the SPL season on loan at Pittodrie, with parent club Birmingham City seemingly happy to let his contract run down.
Just like during a stint there the previous season, though, he failed to make much of an impression.
Overall, in 45 league appearances for the Dons, he has just four goals. Furthermore, he failed to register a league assist in this most recent of spells.
Those are extremely lean stats.

Of course, numbers aren’t everything. For example, Ryan Kent picked up the SFA Young Player of the Year award and is adored by Rangers fans, but only notched six goals and six assists in 23 league appearances.
Furthermore, there’s always going to be a sense of bitterness when Rangers swoop in for a player who has been plying his trade for an SPL rival.
Yet, it seems Dons fans were genuinely far from impressed by Stewart’s contributions during his time at the club.
Here’s a selection of the publishable reactions of Dons fans:

Here’s hoping if Stewart does make the move, he will make a much better impression at Ibrox. Particularly, as he’s a rumoured blue nose himself.
