Watford fans have responded after Italian journalist Gianluigi Longari claimed that the newly-promoted Premier League club are in talks with Rangers over a potential transfer for Glen Kamara
Kamara had an outstanding 2020/21 campaign for the Gers, playing a big role in the Premiership title win and the club’s European charge, racking up a whopping 51 appearances.

His strong performances haven’t gone unnoticed, with the Daily Mail crediting Brighton, Southampton, Leeds United, Burnley and Watford with interest in April and Graeme Bailey claiming at the weekend that Arsenal were ‘keeping tabs’ on their former Academy starlet.
It now looks as though one of the linked clubs is stepping up interest, with Longari asserting that talks are open between Watford and the Gers.
Rangers fans won’t want to see Kamara leave Ibrox this summer, given how influential he was last season.
However, the 25-year-old is only under contract until 2023 and unless an extension is signed soon, his value may start to decrease.

If the Hornets, who rarely shy away from an investment, do offer millions of pounds for a player Rangers signed for just £50k in 2019, the club may find it difficult to turn down.
Plenty of fans of the Premier League side are certainly excited by the alleged transfer talks.

In other news, James Bisgrove has made a seven-figure annual profit claim about an exciting new Rangers project.
