According to the Daily Mail, the Premier League surprise package, Sheffield United, are interested in transfer moves for both Jordan Jones and reported Rangers target, Lyle Taylor.
25-year-old Jones joined the Gers in the summer as Steven Gerrard looked to bolster the club’s wide options.
However, the rapid Northern Ireland international has only made 10 appearances so far and none since the beginning of September, following a serious knee injury.

Furthermore, the Blades, who currently sit eighth in the English top-flight, are also said to be eyeing up Charlton Athletic striker, Taylor.
Rangers are one of several clubs who have been linked with a bargain move for the 29-year-old [Sky Sports], who has also missed plenty of football recently with a knee injury of his own but has still managed to score seven Championship goals in 12 appearances.
Verdict
As he is a Rangers supporter, it would be a major surprise if Jones opted to move away from Ibrox just six months after completing his dream move from Killie. After his largely self-inflicted injury absence, you get the impression he feels he owes the fans something in 2020.
However, the pull of the Premier League is strong and Sheffield United are a club currently punching above their weight.
As for Taylor, the striker has impressed when he’s been available for the Addicks over the last two seasons and he looks to be in the form of his career.

He has experienced Scottish football before with Falkirk and Partick Thistle and could provide a good third striking option for the Gers during the hunt for silverware over the second half of the campaign.
Yet, if the likes of the Blades are interested in him, he may have to weigh up whether he would rather experience the Premier League or get a chance to play European football.
