Ryan Kent has spoken out about his time at Ibrox in an interview with RangersTV.
The 22-year-old winger arrived on loan from Liverpool during the summer and has become a big fan favourite.
Two outstanding Old Firm displays have played a big part in that.

He tortured Mikael Lustig at Ibrox in December and scored an excellent solo goal at Parkhead at the weekend.
The supporters and
the manager [Evening Times] want to keep him in Glasgow permanently.
However, a major obstacle is his Liverpool contract which reportedly runs until 2022.
The Premier League leaders are reportedly asking for between £8 and £10 million [Daily Record] to let go of their asset and won’t be doing former skipper Gerrard, any favours.

Judging by these comments though, Kent wouldn’t be averse to extending his stay either.
“I’ve been really welcomed, I feel like I really fit into this team”, he said, as captured by RangersTV.

“I’ve bought into the philosophies and the style of play that Steven Gerrard has tried to put into the team.
“Especially with having the Europa League spell, you know the first half of the season was so enjoyable.
“We had a lot of good times and we’re looking to see the season off in as good a style as we can.”

Verdict

It’s encouraging news that Kent is so satisfied with life at Rangers.
Naturally, it wouldn’t matter a jot what Gerrard and the supporters wanted, if the winger was itching to get back to Liverpool.
Yet, it looks as though, in his fifth loan spell away from Anfield, he is finally settled.
The Gers might have to stump up a lot of cash to retain his services, but he’s a highly talented player and if they can manage it, he could be worth the trouble.
