Rangers midfielder Glen Kamara is being offered an escape route this summer with Besiktas now chasing a loan deal.
That is according to Turkish news outlet Fotospor, who claim that Besiktas are keen to snap up Kamara.
It’s suggested that Besiktas were prioritising a deal for Lens midfielder Jean Onana but haven’t been able to sign him.
Besiktas are now turning to Kamara and have offered a straight loan deal with no purchase option.
Besiktas are yet to receive a response from Rangers but the priority is to sell Kamara this summer.
The report adds that Rangers may warm to the idea of loaning Kamara away but only if a purchase option is included.
That would only be if Rangers can’t find a buyer for Kamara, so it sounds like a move to Turkey isn’t anywhere close to imminent.

Rangers surely won’t let Glen Kamara go on loan
The time is right for Kamara to move on.
The Finn has been an important player for Rangers since arriving from Dundee in January 2019.
Kamara has been part of the furniture for four-and-a-half years now, racking up nearly 200 appearances.
Now though, Kamara may be left behind at Rangers.
Nicolas Raskin and Kieran Dowell are on board whilst a deal for Jose Cifuentes doesn’t seem far away.

Kamara may find himself dropping down the Rangers pecking order and with two years left to run on his contact, an exit seems right.
A loan though? We really can’t see that happening.
Kamara would have just a year left on his deal upon coming back, with his value surely diminishing.
Rangers must seek either a cash deal now or a loan with obligation to buy, not an option.
The Gers are investing in Michael Beale’s squad and do need a sale to help bring in some cash.
Kamara seems the favourite, and Rangers can’t really afford to sanction a straight loan deal.
