Rangers fans are hoping to see some first-team additions when the January transfer window opens.
Philippe Clement will have targets in mind but Rangers may also look to sign players for the future.
We have seen that in recent times with deals for the likes of Bailey Rice and Zak Lovelace, who should both have first-team prospects at Ibrox after showing promise in the academy.
Rangers now appear to fancy adding Mason Cotcher too – but Arsenal seem to have the advantage here.

The Sunderland Echo reported in October that Rangers were in a three-team battle to sign Sunderland talent Cotcher.
Brighton and Hove Albion were also in the race to land Cotcher, with Arsenal emerging as the favourites.
Cotcher joined Arsenal on trial in October and he is still inside the building down in North London.
Cotcher scored in an Under-18 clash against Crystal Palace at the end of October and started in a 4-3 win over Norwich City over the weekend.
The 17-year-old played 61 minutes in an Arsenal win with the Gunners taking a long and extended look at the Sunderland talent.

Rangers wise to keep tabs on Cotcher situation
Arsenal youth coach Jack Wilshere will be looking closely at striker Cotcher and weighing up whether he is worth signing full-time.
An England Under-17 international, Cotcher clearly has potential and Rangers would be smart to track his Arsenal situation closely.
If Arsenal don’t pull the trigger on a deal for Cotcher, then Rangers may well have a chance to swoop in with a move.
Cotcher has so far done enough for Arsenal to keep him around on trial, but is now waiting for a final call from the Gunners.
Rangers aren’t out of the mix here at all and Cotcher is a name to keep close tabs on as Arsenal weigh up a decision.
