Leon King poised to stay at Rangers
Sky Sports reporter Anthony Joseph now reports that King is ‘set to stay’ at Rangers beyond the transfer deadline.
It’s claimed that King did consider potential opportunities elsewhere but has pulled a U-turn and decided to stay put at Rangers.
The 19-year-old played 23 first-team games last season and has recently returned from injury.

King may well fancy his chances of playing regularly for Rangers this season but he faces stern competition.
Connor Goldson, John Souttar, Leon Balogun and Ben Davies are all in the mix at Ibrox as things stand.
King staying may well scupper a move for Harry Souttar though, with Rangers surely unlikely to bring in another defender if King is sticking around.
