Rangers fans have reacted on social media after the club were linked with summer moves for both Lewis Ferguson and Lyndon Dykes.
The Scottish Sun reported on Saturday evening that the Aberdeen midfielder and Livingston striker are both on Steven Gerrard’s summer transfer wishlist.

Ferguson is only 20 and is contracted to Aberdeen until 2024.
However, his father Derek and uncle Barry both played for and won league titles at Ibrox and it’s suggested that Gerrard thinks the combative Scottish youth international would help the Gers’ quest to bring silverware back to the club.
At 24, Dykes is a little more experienced and appears to be becoming a more polished performer having toiled away in the lower leagues earlier in his career.
The Gers were allegedly thwarted in their attempts to sign the Australian-born striker on loan on deadline day in January, but could soon come back in with a cash offer.
A traditional target man, Dykes has created almost as many goals as he’s scored this season, registering eight assists to accompany nine goals.

It’s safe to say the alleged interest has split opinion on social media.
Some fans have suggested that Ferguson and Dykes would only be good enough to serve as squad players and that the side needs an injection of quality rather than simply more bodies.
However, others believe that the players have the ability and the right attitude to make an impact.
