Rangers are now interested in signing Bristol City left back Cameron Pring and could make an offer to sign him during the January transfer window.
Rangers will surely be in the market for a left back either this month or in the summer.
Borna Barisic is out of contract in the summer and Ridvan Yilmaz continues to be linked with moves away from Ibrox.
We have already seen links to the likes of Fredrik Oppegard, Kai Wagner and Gijs Smal in recent days, but now it’s a Championship left back being linked.
Rangers interested in Cameron Pring
The Sun’s Alan Nixon now reports that Rangers are keeping close tabs on Bristol City left back Cameron Pring.
It’s stated that Rangers are now deciding whether or not to make a bid for Pring during this transfer window.
Pring joined the Bristol City ranks as a teenager having come through the ranks with hometown club Cheltenham Town.
After spending the 2020-21 season out on loan at Portsmouth, Pring has become a first-team regular with the Robins.

Now with nearly 100 first-team appearances to his name, the 25-year-old has been impressive in the Championship.
Pring is contracted to the Robins until 2026, so Rangers would have to come up with a decent fee to tempt Bristol City into a deal.
Rangers may even face competition for Pring with Premier League side West Ham United interested in signing him in recent times.
Reports from the Daily Mail last summer suggested that West Ham were looking to land Pring and we can only imagine that their interest remains with Pring continuing to impress.
Pring is one to keep an eye on in the next couple of weeks, with Rangers surely waiting for one of Barisic or Yilmaz to leave before making a firm move for another left back.
