90min.com reports that Rangers and Celtic are currently monitoring Nigeria international Fatai Gbadamosi.
The 22-year-old plays for five-time Nigerian Premier League winners Shooting Stars S.C, who are currently in the second-tier of the country’s league system.

Gbadamosi is said to primarily be a defensive midfielder who possesses a good passing range, while when he does surge forward, he’s capable of shooting well with both feet.
He started an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier for Nigeria back in October 2019, playing the full 90 minutes in a 4-1 defeat away to Togo.
The 90min.com report doesn’t give any specific details on Gbadamosi’s current contract situation or on when either of the Old Firm clubs are considering swooping for the player.
Rangers are currently a little light on midfield options, with Ryan Jack and Scott Arfield out injured.

However, while Gbadamosi is highly rated in Nigeria, the other midfielders the club have been linked with in recent times are all playing at a much higher level.
For example, John Lundstram is currently turning out regularly in the Premier League for Sheffield United, while Kenny McLean is shining for EFL Championship leaders Norwich.
The lack of specific details in the report suggests that if the Gers are interested, things are at an early stage and right now, it’s a case of waiting to see whether or not the link develops.
Rangers are also reportedly interested in signing an exciting 23-year-old striker who’s currently starring in the Bundesliga.
