Rangers and Celtic linked QPR winger Bright Osayi-Samuel has reportedly accepted a pre-contract offer from Turkish giants Fenerbahçe [Bursa Hakimiyet].
Osayi-Samuel has been linked with both Old Firm clubs in recent months, but it appears his future lies abroad.

Rangers and a number of other clubs were said to have been monitoring his situation in December, while it was also reported that he was a ‘priority’ January transfer target for Celtic [The Scottish Sun via Daily Mail].
The 23-year-old winger started his senior career at Blackpool and moved to QPR in 2017 on a three-year deal.
Since then, he’s racked up 113 appearances for the London club in all competitions, scoring 13 goals and registering 13 assists.
His current deal at Loftus Road expires in the summer and although Mark Warburton said in late November that discussions regarding an extension were ongoing [West London Sport], no deal has been agreed and Osayi-Samuel is free to negotiate with other clubs as of this month.
It seems he’s wasted no time, either, with Turkish outlet Bursa Hakimiyet reporting that the player has accepted a pre-contract offer from Fenerbahçe, after manager Erol Bulut received the all-clear from the board to make an approach.
It’s stated that negotiations are currently ongoing between the two clubs.

Fener are one of the most successful and well-supported clubs in Turkey, although they only finished 7th in the Super Lig last season and are currently in 6th position after a mixed start to their 2020/21 campaign.
Should this move materialise, it may be more of a blow to Celtic than to Rangers, given that Osayi-Samuel has been touted as a high-priority Hoops target.
Besides, the QPR star is only one of four Ibrox-linked players available on a pre-contract.
