Rangers striker Danilo will be spending the rest of the season out on loan at Dutch club NEC Nijmegen.
The Brazilian battled form and fitness issues at Ibrox, and was sent to the Netherlands to play regularly and regain match sharpness.
He moved to NEC in the January transfer window and they have the option to buy him permanently at the end of the current campaign.

NEC Nijmegen unlikely to sign Danilo permanently
According to Voetbal International journalist Sander Janssen, NEC are not expected to sign Danilo permanently in the summer.
While they do not have to make a decision right now, all signs are pointing towards that not happening.
The 26-year-old has struggled for game time in the Netherlands since his move in January.
He has played five games with 173 minutes of game time, but has failed to find the back of the net or provide an assist.
NEC boss Dick Schreuder does not want to change too many things as his side are currently in third place in the Eredivisie and his current system has worked wonders thus far.
Via X, Janssen wrote: “NEC doesn’t have to make a decision about Danilo just now. But looking at his performances, it doesn’t seem likely. Who knows what he will show in the rest of the season.”

What does the future hold for Danilo at Rangers?
By the looks of it, Danilo will be returning to Ibrox come the end of the season and then a decision will have to be made on his future.
Rangers signed three strikers this season in Youssef Chermiti, Bojan Miovski and Ryan Naderi.
Chermiti and Naderi are favoured by Rohl, while Miovski could be on the chopping block this summer.
Danilo is unlikely to be ahead of the duo in the pecking order, so there is a chance that the Gers will look to cash in on him.
His contract at Ibrox runs out at the end of the 2027/28 season, giving Rangers the advantage of demanding more money for his services in the coming months.
It is fair to assume that the Brazilian has played his last game for the club, unless there is a remarkable turnaround in the coming weeks.
