Mark Hateley has tipped Alfredo Morelos to get a big move, as quoted by the Scottish Sun.
El Bufalo scored 30 goals in all competitions for Rangers across 2018/19. He was the first Gers striker since Kris Boyd to achieve the feat and for that, he deserves much praise.

However, his five red cards over the course of the campaign also generated a lot of negative publicity.
He let the side down on a number of occasions, showing a naivety in the face of provocation.

Legendary Ibrox goalscorer, Hateley, doesn’t see those misdemeanours as a barrier, though.
“I think top clubs will see through Morelos’ disciplinary issues and focus on his raw talent,” he said, as quoted by the Scottish Sun.
“I look at Alfredo and he’s got European striker written all over him. Big managers with big egos will think they can take him and make him that player.
“He missed too many games last season, but he’ll learn from it. He has all the tools to be a top player.”

It will be interesting to see the sort of bids that come in for Morelos when the transfer window officially opens.
Big names in European football such as Borussia Dortmund [Sky Sports] and Marseille [
The Scotsman] have been credited with interest, but Steven Gerrard maintains the club have only received one concrete offer since he arrived at Ibrox [Scottish Sun].
Hateley certainly likes him, but will anyone table a bid the Gers can’t refuse?
