Livingston manager, Gary Holt, is hopeful that Ryan Hardie will return to the club on loan.
Hardie spent the first half of the season at the Tony Macaroni and impressed with his performances.

Although he spent several months out injured, once fully fit, it didn’t take him long to get going.
The 21-year-old notched five in five starts in December.
However, his goals brought speculation of a return to Rangers this month.
Sure enough, Steven Gerrard recalled the 21-year-old for the club’s mid-season training camp in Tenerife, in order to assess him up close for the first time.
Judging by the manager’s quotes, he was impressed.

Will he rejoin Livi?
Since his return, rumours have been circulating of a new deal for the striker at Ibrox, although, another loan move has not been ruled out.
It was reported on Wednesday that Hardie had turned down a stint at Dundee.
“We obviously want to take him back if he’s available and I think Ryan wants to come here, to be honest. But it’s not up to us, it’s up to Rangers because he’s their player and that’s fair enough”, Holt told the Daily Record.
“I’m hoping how we’ve looked after him when he’s been here…how we’ve enhanced his qualities. Then, that is something Rangers will take on board and appreciate and we get him back.”

Clearly, Holt hopes for a carbon copy of Zak Rudden’s situation with Falkirk.
He too, came back to Ibrox this month.
Yet, shortly afterwards, was granted an extension on his loan, through to the end of the season.
