iSport.cz reports that formerly Rangers linked goalkeeper Vaclav Hladky is set to sign for ambitious EFL League Two club Salford City on a free transfer.
The Sunday Post claimed in May that a Gers swoop for Hladky was imminent, as the player reached the end of his contract at St Mirren.

It was thought that the former Czech Republic international would come in to provide competition for Allan McGregor, after impressing with the Buddies.
The 29-year-old kept 10 clean sheets in 30 Premiership appearances last season, just four less than McGregor himself.
However, the Gers ended up bringing in Scotland international Jon McLaughlin in June and Hladky has had some trouble securing a new club.

iSportz.cz reports that he’s found his next challenge at Salford City, though, with confirmation of his capture expected imminently.
Salford are owned by Manchester United legends Ryan Giggs, David Beckham, Nicky Butt, Paul Scholes and brothers Gary and Phil Neville, with the club enjoying a meteoric rise through the English football pyramid in recent years.
The Ammies gained promotion to the EFL for the first time at the end of the 2018/19 season and finished 11th in the fourth tier last season.
Rangers currently have three senior goalkeepers at the club in McGregor, McLaughlin and Andy Firth, while the highly-rated Robby McCrorie is currently out on loan at Livingston.
