It looks as though Liam Kelly is on the move again.
The 23-year-old keeper only left Rangers permanently last summer, heading for newly promoted Livingston.

He spent the season as their no.1, racking up an impressive 14 clean sheets. That’s the same number as earned by Rangers’ Allan McGregor.
However, the Lions confirmed on Tuesday that he would not remain at the Tony Macaroni for 2019/20.
“Livingston FC regretfully announce that Goalkeeper Liam Kelly has asked for a transfer release clause in his contract to be triggered allowing him to move onto pastures new, with a few teams from the English Championship chasing his signature,”
read a statement on Livi’s website.
“Livingston FC would like to go on record thanking Liam for everything he has done for the club in his 2 seasons in West Lothian. This covers our League 1 champions campaign, as well as helping to keep us in the Premiership last season.
“All the best Liam.”

Last month,
the Scottish Sun reported shock interest from Celtic in Kelly.
However, it seems as though his future may lie south of the border.
A move to the English Championship would constitute considerable progress for the young stopper.
Despite making the bench, he never quite managed to break through to earn an SPL appearance whilst at Ibrox.
After just one full season of first-team football, though, he now looks set for a big move.
